5. However, www.AsiantoDate.com is under no obligation to completely delete my record from their database as I understand and agree that I have already waived my right to recover whatever photos/materials I have uploaded to www.AsiantoDate.com website as an incident to my voluntary membership. I understand that the purpose of retention is for legal purposes only that may serve the company best.

I attest to the best of my ability that the above conditions are clear to me and I waive my right of recourse against www.AsiantoDate.com for any damage, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential that I may suffer as a result of the use of the materials I voluntary submitted.

VIII. General Provisions
